The entrance to the property is through gates and along a driveway where parking is available. The mature front garden is well-maintained and is shared by the above holiday apartment also

. ‘Mansarda del Sole’ is situated on the upper floor of the detached property, offering a very spacious and comfortable Open plan Living area with high ceiling, seating area, working fireplace, TV, WIFI Internet access and a Dining area. A Kitchen which offers all the desired appliances as well as marble work tops is situated off from the Living area.

From the bright Living area French doors open out onto a Terrace Balcony which boasts beautiful views of the Garden and of Lake Como. The property offers 2 spacious Kingsize Bedrooms which have been carefully furnished to a comfortable standard, as well as one modern and spacious Bathroom with Bathtub

The shared garden to the front of the property is mainly laid to lawn so is very child friendly. The olive trees and colourful flowers really create a Mediterranean atmosphere to the sunny garden and the panoramic Lake and mountain views, which can be enjoyed from the sun loungers in the garden or from your terrace, are truly breathtaking!

The centre of Ossuccio is just a few minute’s walk away and comprises of a cluster of historical lakefront townhouses, the two beautiful landmarks of the sail-shaped bell tower of S.Giacomo and the Gothic bell tower of S.Maria Maddalena, a lakeside beach which lies opposite the Isola Comacina, lakeview Tennis courts with play area and a local bar and Bank.

Ossuccio is ideally located on Lake Como, enjoying close proximity to the desirable central Lake Como towns, including the charming village of Sala Comacina which offers a great lakeside Restaurant which is situated in the pretty piazza enjoying romantic views, as well as a Taxi boat service which takes visitors across the water to visit the famous Restaurant on the Isola Comacina.

Lenno is situated also next to Ossuccio and offers guests a wide variety of useful general amenities as well as restaurants, the popular Lido di Lenno Beach and Club and the famous visitor attraction of Villa Balbianello.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
